How to connect Wireless Headphones to TV

 

A typical set will contain a wireless headphone with rechargeable batteries, a transmitter station, connection cables and power adapters to provide several transmitter station with power. Here is a step by step guide on connecting wireless headphones with HDTVs.

 

Step 1: Turn on the transmitter and battery charger headset

 

Position the transmitter station close to your television, so it can be easily connected. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet and connect with the transmitter to supply power. Turn on the transmitter and place the headphones upon them, as indicated in the manual, to charge the battery.

 

Step 2: Connect the RCA cables

 

Now look at the back panel of your TV and look for white and ports "Audio Out" red. Also locate the RCA input on the wireless transmitter station. Now select RCA cables with red and white connectors that come with the package. There will be two (red and white) plugs on one side of the cable and a plug on the other end. Insert the red plug into the red jack and white plug into the white connectors at the back of your TV. Plug the other end of the plug into the transmitter. In case you have a system based on a satellite television decoder, the transmitter must be connected to the audio output of the box.

 

Step 3: Activate

 

Once you are done with the above connections and the headphones have sufficiently recharged, simply activate it, put them on your ears, adjust the volume and switch on your TV.
